Launch gives you the core foundations of a working HaloITSM service desk.
Discovery and design
We confirm your service model, users, teams, request types, workflows, and reporting needs before any configuration starts.
Core configuration
We set up the core of HaloITSM – teams, queues, request types, workflows, priorities, SLAs, and notifications.
Portal and request catalogue
We design a practical self-service portal and request structure so users can ask for help clearly and agents get better information.
Standard integrations
We set up common Microsoft integrations where they are in scope – Entra ID, Intune, Teams, Outlook, and mailbox handling.
Reporting and dashboards
We build reporting foundations for workload, SLAs, request trends, service visibility, and performance.
Training and handover
We give your admins and users practical training, handover support, and go-live prep so the team knows how it all works.
Best suited for
Launch is for a typical service desk build.
Launch fits teams with a standard scope: one main service desk, fewer stakeholder groups, simpler workflows, and standard reporting needs.
If your build involves several teams, complex workflows, or deeper governance, Launch Plus is a better fit.

What is not included
Fixed price needs clear boundaries.
To keep Launch fixed-price, some things are left out unless we agree otherwise:
- HaloITSM licence or subscription fees
- Large data migration or clean-up
- Complex custom integrations outside the agreed scope
- Custom software outside HaloITSM
- Large multi-team enterprise rollout
- Major process redesign beyond the agreed build
- Ongoing support after hyper-care, unless on Opsaro Complete
