We use fixed prices where we can. The final fit depends on your setup, your scope, and how complex the work is. These things push the price up:
- How many teams or departments are involved
- A new build versus fixing an existing setup
- How complex the migration is, and which tool you are leaving
- How many request types, workflows, and approval steps you need
- How complex your SLAs and service catalogue are
- What reporting and dashboards you need
- Integrations like Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Teams, or email
- Training, testing, and go-live support needs
- How much governance and change management is involved
What sits outside fixed price.
To keep prices clear, some things are usually left out unless we scope them in:
- HaloITSM licence or subscription fees
- Large data clean-up or complex history migration
- Custom software built outside HaloITSM
- Complex integrations not agreed up front
- Major process redesign beyond the agreed work
- Ongoing support, unless you are on Opsaro Complete
- Travel, onsite workshops, or after-hours work unless agreed
