What is Opsaro Discovery?

Discovery is a fixed-price HaloITSM readiness review. It is usually the first paid step if you are weighing up HaloITSM, planning a move, preparing a build, or improving an existing setup.

It includes a review of where you are now, build recommendations, a risk list, a launch order, portal/SLA/reporting guidance, and a 90-minute walkthrough.

How much does Opsaro Discovery cost?

Discovery is fixed at A$2,995 + GST. It gives you a practical recommendation before you commit to a bigger build, migration, health check, or ongoing support.

Do you offer fixed-price packages?

Yes. Our fixed-price options are:

  • Opsaro Discovery – A$2,995 + GST
  • Opsaro Launch – A$12,495 + GST
  • Opsaro Launch Plus – A$22,995 + GST
  • Opsaro Health Check – A$4,500 + GST

More complex or ongoing work can be scoped separately.

HaloITSM delivery questions

Can you help with a new HaloITSM build?

Yes. We help with discovery, design, configuration, request types, workflows, SLAs, notifications, integrations, portal design, reporting, training, handover, go-live, and support after launch.

How long does a HaloITSM build take?

A standard Opsaro Launch build usually takes 4-8 weeks. Bigger builds with several teams, complex workflows, stronger governance, or custom reporting fit Opsaro Launch Plus and usually take 8-12 weeks or more.

Can you help us migrate to HaloITSM?

Yes. We plan migrations from Jira Service Management, Freshservice, Zendesk, ServiceDesk Plus, SolarWinds, shared mailboxes, and other tools. The focus is not just moving data – it is deciding what should move, what to redesign, and how HaloITSM should be set up after go-live.

Can you help with a HaloITSM trial?

Yes. We help you structure a trial around real workflows, request types, reporting, portal design, and integrations – so it becomes a useful test, not a blank system with no direction.

Can you review an existing HaloITSM setup?

Yes. Opsaro Health Check is built for existing setups that need an expert review and a practical improvement plan. It covers the portal, request types, workflows, SLAs, reporting, adoption, governance, and friction points.

What integrations can you help with?

Common ones include Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, shared mailboxes, email processing, and other Microsoft 365 services. We can look at others depending on your scope.

Do you provide reporting and dashboards?

Yes – it is a major focus. We help you see workload, SLAs, service performance, request trends, bottlenecks, improvement priorities, and leadership reporting clearly.

Do you provide ongoing support after go-live?

Yes. Opsaro Complete gives you ongoing support and improvement so HaloITSM keeps getting better after go-live or after a health check.
