Use Discovery before you pick a delivery path.
Discovery does not replace the build. It is the planning step that confirms what should happen next. If you move into Launch or Launch Plus, the full A$2,995 + GST is credited toward that work.
- Choose Opsaro Launch if your scope is clear and standard.
- Choose Launch Plus for several teams, complex workflows, or deeper reporting.
- Choose Health Check if HaloITSM is already live and needs review.
- Choose Complete if you want ongoing help after go-live.
What is not included
Discovery is a review, not a build.
To keep Discovery focused and fixed-price, some things are left out unless we agree otherwise:
- The full HaloITSM build or configuration
- Hands-on fixes to an existing setup
- Large data migration or clean-up
- Custom software outside HaloITSM
- Complex integration work
- Detailed process redesign across many teams
- Ongoing admin or support
After Discovery
Turn the recommendation into action.
After Discovery, you can use the findings yourself, ask us for a fixed-price build proposal, or move into a focused improvement project.
The next step might be Launch, Launch Plus, migration planning, a Health Check, Complete, or a tailored scope – based on what the review finds. If you proceed to Launch or Launch Plus, your Discovery fee comes off the cost.
