- Use Complete for ongoing monthly support.
- Use Flex for scoped, targeted help.
What is not included
Flexible support still needs clear edges.
To keep Flex practical, some things are left out unless we agree otherwise:
- A full HaloITSM build, unless scoped separately
- Large migrations or major data clean-up
- Ongoing support, unless on Opsaro Complete
- Major process redesign across many teams
- Custom software outside HaloITSM
- Complex integrations outside the agreed scope
- Travel, onsite workshops, or after-hours work unless agreed
