We deliver our services with due care, skill, and fit for purpose, in line with Australian Consumer Law, the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, and comparable protections worldwide.

If our services are not fit for purpose, as determined within reason through a good-faith mediation process, Opsaro will provide:

Warranty statement for services

Opsaro Pty Ltd (“Opsaro”) is committed to delivering services in compliance with applicable consumer protection laws, including:

  • Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK)
  • Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010)
  • Comparable consumer protection legislation in other jurisdictions

Consumer Guarantees

1. Quality and Care

All services are delivered with due care, skill, and professional competence, consistent with industry best practice.

2. Fit for Purpose

Services will be fit for the agreed purpose as communicated and documented in the engagement scope.

3. Remedies if Services Are Not Fit for Purpose

If services are found to be not fit for purpose, this will be determined within reason through a good-faith mediation process.
In such cases, Opsaro will, in compliance with consumer law:

  • Re-perform the services at no additional cost, or
  • Provide a refund of gross profits for the relevant portion of services not delivered to standard

4. Customer Offboarding Support

If the customer elects to terminate services due to lack of fitness for purpose, Opsaro will provide quality offboarding support, including:

  • A comprehensive offboarding document and checklists
  • A data export of any customer-owned information within our control
  • Reasonable assistance, where possible, to ensure a smooth transition to the customer’s chosen alternative solution

5. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover issues arising from:

  • Misuse, alterations, or actions outside Opsaro’s reasonable control
  • Pre-existing system faults, data corruption, or external integrations not within the agreed scope

6. Statutory Rights

These rights apply in addition to any statutory rights you hold under your local consumer protection laws.
