  prioritised, and resolved in line with ITIL-based frameworks. Customers are notified promptly when
  applicable.
• Hosting Infrastructure: Client systems deployed through Opsaro’s
  HALO integrations leverage secure AWS data centres with high availability and fault tolerance
  configurations.
• Backups: Data backups are performed regularly and stored
  across geographically diverse, secure locations.
